The house is mainly open format with two bedrooms and beautiful views of the valley, mountains and sea. The garden is large, steep and stepped. There are fruit trees, and a shady terrace just off the kitchen. There is a vast and extremely old fig tree at the top of the garden which affords a lovely cool spot, even in the heat of summer. A perfect place to paint, read, chat, meditate, or have a siesta. Perhaps a bottle of good, inexpensive, local Spanish wine is in order? Click here for more pictures of the house and garden.

RENTAL CHARGES:

High season:
(2nd half of July, August, 1st half of Sept)
$850 per week.

Mid season:
(2nd half of Sept, Oct and April, May, June, 1st half of July) :
$650 per week.

Low season:
(November through end of March):
$550 per week.

Xmas Holiday is considered Mid season.
5% discount for two-week stays. 10% for three week, or more, stays.

Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. If you would like to stay an odd number of days during high season, you will be charged for the whole week. During other seasons, you will only be charged for each extra day.
